This article will show you how to do the following:
- Show how to apply advanced search filters to your call recordings.
- System Defaults to filter by date: the day of the search and the day before. Multiple Filters can now be setup at one time.
- Search By Name is case sensitive and has to match records: Due to system limitations, when searching for names, you have to enter exactly the same name as the records displayed in the grid view.
- Example: Searching for a record with a caller id named John Doe will not work if you type in John.
Methods:
- Login to the Audian Portal.
- Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
- Click on the Call Recording app.
- Click on the Filter By drop down menu at the top.
- Click on one of the filter options and fill in the field.
- Date: Defaults to today's date and the previous date.
- From: Searches for records from a name or number of a caller. (Note: Must be exact match to what is show in records)
- To: Searches for records from a name or number of a callee. (Note: Must be exact match to what is show in records)
- User: Select the preferred user from the drop down list.
- Direction: Searches for all calls inbound or outbound.
- Click the Add Filter button to apply the search filter.
- Note: Multiple filters may now be set at the same time.
