How To - Play Oldest Messages First

This article will show you how to do the following:

• Set a voicemail box to play oldest messages first instead of newest messages first

1. Login to the Audian Portal.

2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
   

3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
   

4. Click Voicemail Boxes on the left side of the screen.
   

5. Click the Edit icon for the desired mailbox .
   

6. Click Advanced at the top, and then click Options.
   

7. Check the box for Sort voicemail box by oldest message first.
   

8. Click Save Changes.
