This article will show you how to do the following:
How to change or enable TCP as the SIP signalling option for an account or specific devices
Methods:
Â
Account Wide
Login to the Audian Portal
.
Click theÂ
9 square button
 at the top right of the screen.
Click on theÂ
Smart PBX
 app.
Click the account name at the top of the screen.
Select
Provisioning
.
Click the
Transport Method
drop down box, and select the appropriate
TCP
option (
NAPTR TCP
or
Realm TCP
).
Click
Save Changes
.

Device Specific
Login to the Audian Portal
.
Click theÂ
9 square button
 at the top right of the screen.
Click on theÂ
Smart PBXÂ
app.
ClickÂ
Devices
 on the left.
Click theÂ
Edit
 icon for the device.
Click the
Advanced
button a the top, and then select
Network Settings
.
Click the
Transport Method
drop down box, and select the appropriate
TCP
option (
NAPTR TCP
or
Realm TCP
).
Click
Save and Restart
to save the changes and have the phone reboot now, or click
Save Changes
and manually restart the phone at a later time.
