Login to the Audian Portal.
Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Click on the Smart PBX app.
Click Caller ID at the top.
Set the Caller ID phone number from the drop down menu.
Enter the Company Caller ID name, and then the Company Emergency (E911) Address.
Click Save Changes.
Fill out and send in an updated to 611@audian.com.

Login to the Audian Portal.
Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Click on the Smart PBX app.
Click Numbers.
Click the Edit icon for phone number to be updated.
Select e911.
Enter a Location Name and address, and then click Add.
Fill out and send in an updated to support@audian.com. (This is not required if you are doing a largescale softphone deployment. When working remote, All Audian's devices are enabled for 911. However, Audian does recommend 911 not be dialed from Softphones as they will not automatically update address if you are using a softphone and walk across the street, or across the country with it. Do not hesitate to Dial 911 when in need, but be prepared to state or correct your address.)

Login to the Audian Portal.
Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Click on the Smart PBX app.
Click the Company name at the top of the page.
Click the Emergency Notifications field.
Enter the Description, phone number, toggle SMS and Voice On and Off as desired, and then click Add.
If Email notifications are desired, enter Description, email address set Enabled to On, and then click Add.
