How To - Enable Conference Bridge for Users

This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Enable the Conference Bridge feature for a specific user.

You need to add a Main Conference Number (in the Main number section on the left of the SmartPBX) in order to enable the Personal Conference Bridges

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click Users.
  5. Click the User Features field.
  6. Click the Conference Bridge button.

  7. Click the Disabled toggle switch to Enabled.
  8. Enter a Conference Room number.

  9. Click Save Changes.
