This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Enable multiple user level features for multiple users at the same time

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.

  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click Users on the left.
  5. Click the Bulk Settings button at the top of the page.
  6. Select the desired users, an then click Next.
  7. Select the features to be enabled, and then click Next.
  8. Click the Plus sign for the feature.
  9. Depending on the features being enabled, click the Plus sign next to each setting you would like to add, and then click Next.
  10. Repeat the process for each feature selected at the beginning.
  11. Review the changes to be made, and then click Save.
  12. The selected features will now be enabled for all users selected and will show in the User Features field for each user.
