This article will show you how to do the following:
- Change the file being used for Voicemail greetings
Methods:
- Login to the Audian Portal.
- Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
- Click on the Smart PBX app.
- Click Voicemail Boxes on the left side of the screen.
- Click the Edit icon for the preferred Voicemail box.
- Click Advanced at the top, and then click Greeting Media.
- Select Unavailable or Temporary from the top.
- Note: Temporary greetings will override the normal Unavailable greeting. Set the Temporary greeting to - None - to revert to the normal greeting.

- Select the type of greeting to be used:
- Text to Speech: This option allows users to type out their voicemail greeting and have it translated into and audio file.
- Choose from Existing Media Files: This option is shown by default, if there is an existing greeting set it will be shown here.
- Upload your own Files: This option allows users to upload their own .wav or .mp3 files to be used.
- Note: There is an 8MB maximum file size limit.
- Record it from the Browser: This option allows users to record a greeting from their computer using the microphone attached to the computer.
- Note: This option is only available in the Chrome browser.
- Record it over the Phone: This option gives steps to record the voicemail greeting over any phone.
- Text to Speech: This option allows users to type out their voicemail greeting and have it translated into and audio file.
- Click Save Changes.
