Reset Portal Login Password

Description:

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Reset a users portal logins from the login screen

Methods:

  1. Navigate to https://my.audian.com/
  2. Click the Forget your info? link.
  3. Enter the information below.
    1. Email/Username (This is usually your email address)
  4. Enter in one of the two options below.
    1. Account Name: (Your company name)
    2. Phone Number: (Only works if you have a direct dial phone number associated to your user profile.)
  5. Click Reset Password at the bottom.
 Legacy Portal
  1. Navigate to https://portal.audian.com/
  2. Click the Forgot your password? button.
  3. Enter the information below.
    1. Username (This is usually your email address)
    2. Account Name (Your company name)
  4. Enter in one of the two options below.
    1. Account Realm (companyname@audian.com)
    2. Phone Number (Only works if you have a direct number associated to your profile.
  5. Click Recover at the bottom.
