Reset Portal Login Password

This article will show you how to do the following:

• Reset a users portal logins from the login screen

1. Navigate to https://my.audian.com/

2. Click the Forget your info? link.

   Open

   

3. Enter the information below.

   1. Email/Username (This is usually your email address)

4. Enter in one of the two options below.

   1. Account Name: (Your company name)

   2. Phone Number: (Only works if you have a direct dial phone number associated to your user profile.)

   Open

   

5. Click Reset Password at the bottom.
