How To - Enable Inbound Caller ID/CNAM

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Enable the display of inbound Caller ID Name and number

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Number Manager app.
  4. Click the Numbers in use tab at the top.
  5. Click the Settings icon next to each number that needs to be adjusted.
  6. Select Caller-ID from the menu.
  7. Set the Inbound Caller-ID toggle to On.
  8. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom.
