How To - Forward Calls (T53w/T54w)

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Setup call forwarding

Methods:

  1. From the idle screen, tap the Menu icon.
  2. Select Features, by pressing 2 or using the Arrow keys, and then pressing the Enter softkey.
  3. Select Call Forward, by pressing 1 or pressing the Enter softkey..
  4. Select the desired forwarding type.
    • Press 1 for Always: Forwards all incoming calls.
    • Press 2 for No Answer: Forwards all unanswered incoming calls. ( Will prompt you to select the # of rings before a call is transferred)
    • Press 3 for Busy: Forwards all incoming calls while you're in a call.
  5. Press 1 to Enable or Disable the forwarding option.
  6. Press 2 to enter the desired phone number or extension for the calls to be forwarded to.
  7. Tap the Save softkey.
