Troubleshoot - Date/Time wrong for call history

Methods:

  1. Clear the call log on device.
  2. Reboot device.
  3. If date/time still incorrect, factory reset device.
  4. Reprovision phone as needed.
 Steps by Brand

Polycom Phones:

  1. Press the Right navigation key > then select Missed Calls, or navigate to Menu > Call logs > Missed Calls.
  2. Press Options, and then select Delete All.
  3. Select Yes to confirm deletion.

Yealink Phones:

  1. Press the HISTORY softkey.
  2. Press the OPTION softkey.
  3. Using the arrow keys, highlight DELETE ALL and select OK.

Cisco Phones:

  1. Press Applications.
  2. Use the Navigation pad and Select button to scroll and select Call History.
  3. Highlight the individual call record or call group that you want to delete.
  4. To delete an individual call record, press Delete. You may need to press More first.
  5. To delete a call group, press Delete to delete all calls in the group. A Delete Record alert message appears to verify that you want to delete the entire group of calls.
  6. Press Delete to delete the record, or press Cancel if desired.
  7. Press Exit to return to the Applications screen.
