Troubleshoot - Date/Time wrong for call history

- Resolve issue with date and time being off for call history
Methods:
- Clear the call log on device.
- Reboot device.
- If date/time still incorrect, factory reset device.
- Reprovision phone as needed.
Steps by Brand
Polycom Phones:
- Press the Right navigation key > then select Missed Calls, or navigate to Menu > Call logs > Missed Calls.
- Press Options, and then select Delete All.
- Select Yes to confirm deletion.
Yealink Phones:
- Press the HISTORY softkey.
- Press the OPTION softkey.
- Using the arrow keys, highlight DELETE ALL and select OK.
Cisco Phones:
- Press Applications.
- Use the Navigation pad and Select button to scroll and select Call History.
- Highlight the individual call record or call group that you want to delete.
- To delete an individual call record, press Delete. You may need to press More first.
- To delete a call group, press Delete to delete all calls in the group. A Delete Record alert message appears to verify that you want to delete the entire group of calls.
- Press Delete to delete the record, or press Cancel if desired.
- Press Exit to return to the Applications screen.
