How To - Add User Notes

This article will show you how to do the following.

  • This feature allows admins to add notes to users and will display an icon on users that have notes.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Smart PBX from the application list.

  4. Select Users from the left.

  5. Click the User Name field for the user to be edited.
  6. Enter the note as desired for this user, and then click Save Changes.

  7. The note is saved and the User now has an icon indicating that there is a note.
