This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Setup your account to send you emails and or texts when people dial 911 on the phone.

Setup:

 How to setup 911 text notifications
  1. Navigate to the Accounts tab by click on the Account name.
  2. Click on Emergency Notifications tab.
  3. Set 911 Notification by Number description to the user's name.
  4. Set the Number to the user's cellphone number.
  5. Click the Add button.
  6. Dial 933 to test the 911 settings.
 How to setup 911 email notifications
  1. Navigate to the Accounts tab by click on the Account name.
  2. Click on Emergency Notifications tab.
  3. Set the 911 Notifications by Email description to the user's name.
  4. Set the Email Address to the user's email address.
  5. Click the Add button.
  6. Dial 933 to test the 911 settings.
