This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Change the ring time for parked calls.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.

  3. Click the Call Flows app icon.

  4. Click Feature Codes.
  5. Next to Park and Retrieve, click the gear icon.
  6. Set the timeout to the number in seconds.
  7. Click Save.
