This article will show you how to do the following:
Change the ring time for parked calls.
Methods:
Login to the Audian Portal
.
Click the
9 square button
at the top right of the screen.
Click the
Call Flows
app icon.
Click
Feature Codes
.
Next to Park and Retrieve, click the
gear
icon.
Set the timeout to the number in seconds.
Click
Save
.
