How to make a 3 way/Conference call - IP 550

Description:

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Place a 3 way/conference call between you and 2 other parties

Methods:

  1. While on an active call, press the Conf. softkey at the bottom of the screen.
    • Note: This will place the first call on hold
  2. Dial the number for the second party and press the Dial button.
  3. Once the second party has answered, press the Conf. button again to join the calls.
  4. To end the call, press the End Call softkey.
  5. To split the call, press More, and then the Split softkey.
    • Note: This will place both calls on hold, highlight and select the call to return to using the arrow keys.
