How To - Set Ring Time (User and Ring Group)

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Adjust how long phones will ring prior to going to voicemail

Methods:

 Adjust ring time for Users

Note: This will only effect calls to the users Extension or Direct number and does NOT effect the ring time for users setup in a ring group.


  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click on Users on the left.
  5. Click the User Settings field for the preferred user.
  6. Change the Ringing Timeout to increase or decrease ring time.
  7. Click Save Changes.
 Adjust ring time for Groups

Note: This will only effect calls to the users in the ring group and does NOT effect the ring time for a users Extension or Direct number.


  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Select Groups from the left.
  5. Click the Members field for the preferred group.

  6. Adjust the sliders for each user in the group as preferred.

  7. Click Save Changes.
