Audian VOIP Services: Accessing the Portal and Managing Your Account
Thank you, and welcome to Audian VoIP services. We’re excited to have you as a customer, and look forward to many years together! This article is designed to give new clients a place to find quick information for accessing the Audian VOIP Portal and managing their account.
Logging In to the Audian Portal
Logging into the Audian portal is as simple as navigating to https://my.audian.com, entering your email address, password and account name. Resetting your password will usually be the first step, unless you were provided login credentials when your account was setup.
User Logins and Application Access
While typically only administrators are set up for portal access on account creation, each user setup on your account may have a login for the Audian VOIP portal, if you choose to create one for them. This will allow them to access various applications for use. Access to individual apps can vary, permission wise, from user to user. Applications can be set to allow access to all users on the account who log into the portal, and others can be limited to specific users, or all users marked as Admins.
When you log in for the first time as a user, you will want to make sure to access the App Store, Located in the top right hand of the screen.
SmartPBX for Account Admins
Account admins will primarily use the SmartPBX application. this will give you access to all of the user settings, phone numbers, hours of operation and holiday settings. Allowing for setup of basic call flows with Open hours, After Hours, Lunch and Holiday call flows.
User Features and Options
Various Features and options can be enabled for each user to customize their extensions as needed. Voicemail, Call Forwarding, Personal Hold music, Find Me Follow Me functions and more can all be set for each user as needed.
Operator Console for Managers
Managers will like the Operator Console application, with its ability to show active calls, calls holding/parked, and if the Pro version is setup, the ability to make calls from the Console to other users or outside numbers from the portal and have it delivered to their assigned phone.
Audian User Portal for End Users
Account Users will be able to use the Audian User Portal application to manage their extension. The application will allow them to set forwarding options, access voicemail and, if they are setup with it, a personal faxbox for sending and receiving faxes.
Fax Manager
Did you sign up for vFaxing through Audian? The Fax Manager application will allow for users that have access to manage all of the various faxboxes setup on an account, both account level and user level. This application also has a graphical interface for sending faxes that many users find easier than the email methods. Faxes can still be sent and received via email as needed. Voicemail Manager
The Voicemail Manager application gives access to all of the voicemail boxes setup on your account, with ability to manage VMs for each as well as move messages from one Voicemail box to another as needed. You will be able to recover deleted voicemails as well as listen to and download as an .mp3 file.
Call Center Application
The Call Center Application will be used by accounts that have Call Queues or Dialing Campaigns to setup, manage and view user/queue metrics. Call queues can now be setup with options to provide a call back to the customer instead of waiting on hold.
Call Recording Application
The Call Recording application allows for setup and management of call recordings for an account, this can be set at the Account or User level, allowing for limited local by Audian or permanent offsite storage via a customer provided Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 storage account.
