Filtering will allow you to narrow down your search results. When applying a filter type you will only be able to apply 1 of each. - Click the Filter By dropdown and select an option.
- Select or fill in the additional information about the filter.
- Click the + button to add the filter.
- To remove a filter, press the X button on the filter listed on the right.
Date: - This search is limited to a range of 30 days with 60 days worth of recordings saved at any one time.
From/To: - Allows you to filter by a call recordings CNAM or Number.
- You can do a quick search by clicking the magnifying glass in the From and To recording cells.
- When searching by CNAM the name needs to match 100% to what the call recording examples show. Using the quick search feature will make this easier.
User: - Allows you to search by a user on the account.
- When the user logged in is a supervisor the user will only see the users they are supervising.
- If the user is not a supervisor they will be able to see and search by call recordings that are labeled as Account.
Direction: - Allows you to search by the direction of the call.
