How to log into the Call Queue Viewer to see what calls are holding.
Methods:
Login to the Audian Portal
.
Click the
9 square button
at the top right of the screen.
Select
CallQueue Viewer
from the applications list.
The Call Queue is now displayed.
Note:
If more than one Queue is setup and logged into, the
Select Queue
menu at the top right will allow users to switch between queues to view.
