• How to transfer calls on a Polycom IP7000.

Live Transfers:

1. While on a call, press the Transfer soft key.
   • The call is placed on hold.
2. The Enter number screen displays.
   
3. Dial the number for the person to whom you want to transfer the call.
4. Press the Transfer soft key.
   • If you want to talk privately to the person to whom you are transferring the call before the transfer is complete, wait until the person answers the call, talk to the person,
5. Press the Transfer soft key to send the call over.

Blind Transfer:

1. During a call, press the Transfer soft key.
   • The call is placed on hold.
2. The Enter number screen displays.
   
3. Press the Blind soft key.
   • The Blind transfer to screen displays.
4. Dial the number for the person to whom you want to transfer the call.
   
   • The call automatically transfers to the person you specified.
