  • 4.0.9.0509 has a grey and black UI.
  • SIPIP is black and red and does not support this method.
  1. Locate the

phones 
  1. phone's IP address using the following method.

    1. IP Series: Press Menu>2>2>1 on the phone.

    2. VVX Series: Press Home>Settings>4>1>1

  2. Open a web browser and type in the IP address.

    1. Select Admin

    2. Password: 8446116110

      • 456 (This is the default Polycom password.)

Scroll over Utilities
  1. Click Utilities at the top.

  2. Select Phone Backup & Restore.

  3. Click Global Settings.

  4. Click Restore.
    Image Added

  5. Click Yes to restore to factory settings.

  6. The phone will then factory reset and reboot.

  7. Click here to provision the phone.

Models: VVX 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 600: Press 1, 3, and 5 dial pad keys

  1. From the Main Idle Screen (Where you can make a call) Hold down the buttons relating to the phone model listed above until it beeps or says "Enter Password"
    • Models: VVX 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 600: Press the 1, 3, and 5 dial pad keys
  2. Make sure no Asterisks are on the screen, indicating that characters had already been typed in for the password.
  3. If there are asterisks on the screen, press the
