This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Setup email notifications on a user's voicemail box

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click Voicemail Boxes.
  5. Click the Edit icon for the desired users voicemail box.
  6. Click Advanced at the top.
  7. Click Recipients.

  8. Click the Add New Recipient field.
  9. Enter the recipient's email address.
  10. Click Add.
    • Repeat steps 8-10 to add additional contacts.
  11. Once all recipients have been added, click Save Changes.
